Defining "Week In and Week Out"

I've tried to understand Craig James' Logic. I know, you're going to tell me not to because it is a waste of time. It probably was a wast of time, but I saw some interesting things when I checked. To me "week in" could be defined as 'the week prior." "Week out" could be defined as 'the week after.' Therefore, "Week in and Week out" could be defined as a three week stretch. So, I took the top 5 teams in the BCS to figure out if I could figure out some sort of numerical standard for "week in and week out."

Rules: I took rankings from Sagarin Elo-Chess. You could check my numbers if you'd like. I assigned the score 197 for bye weeks because the worst ranked team any of the top-5 teams plays is New Mexico with a score of 196 (playing New Mexico might be easier than a bye week, but I'll say it is just barely easier for the sake of this test). I then took the average ranking of the teams played over a 3 week span. For example, Boise State played Georgia (15), bye (197), and Toledo (43) and had a "week in and week out" score of 85. Here are the toughest stretches for the top 5 teams:

Oklahoma State: (WIWO: 15.0) Missouri, Baylor, Kansas State

Alabama (WIWO: 27.3) Arkansas, Florida, Vanderbilt

LSU (WIWO: 30.3) Florida, Tennessee, and Auburn

Boise State (WIWO: 35.7) Toledo, Tulsa, Nevada

Stanford (WIWO: 36.7) Oregon, California, Notre Dame

So, here are some thoughts. According to Craig James, OSU is most likely to lose this week when they play Kansas State. Standford's tough stretch is at the end of the season, but it is not as difficult as you might think. Boise State, Alabama, and LSU have made it through their toughest stretches unscathed. Oklahoma's schedule is by far the most difficult, but Sagarin's rankings seemed to be very skewed in favor of the Big 12. Wyoming is a sleeper team on Boise's schedule, but they're not quite ranked as high as Georgia Southern. Here are the numbers:
