After what was an overwhelming success in having Stephen Kinsey be "coach for a day", Boise State is preparing to do it again. This time it's for an 8 year old boy named "Binky" Williamson from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He has Burkitt's Lymphoma and never misses a Boise State game. Personally, I can't wait for Boise State to do it again and for another wish recipient to be touched by Bronco Nation!
Is it because they have seen higher spreads in the past? I'm confused.
We're very excited around here about Marty Tadman's increased web presence. If you don't follow his twitter yet, do it now. He's constantly tweeting during games giving a different perspective from a former player. We're excited about what he's going to contribute to the Boise State discussion.
From another member of the media, it sure doesn't sound like he thought Cripe was on vacation last week. But rather this was a forced leave of absence by the Statesman to cut costs. Furthermore, Cripe was not allowed to vote in the AP poll because that would have constituted "working".
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If West Virginia is successful, then expect Syracuse and Pittsburgh to follow in their footsteps. If that happens, the Big East will be at only 5 schools for next season and will further give urgency to their expansion plans.
I'm not into UFC, but if Scott "Young Guns" Jorgensen comes out in some blue Boise State shorts, I'll become one. Do we have any UFC fans that can provide some background on Jorgensen?
Today it's current player Antwon Murray's birthday and local celebrity/Ian Johnson stalker David Augusto's birthday! Congratulations you two!
