Seems to me Boise would just be back at square 1 in a division with Hawaii, Nevada, Fresno, San Diego State, Utah State, San Jose State and UNLV. 

NONE of the divisions by themselves are anywhere near strong or viable enough on their own and adding a playoff between the division winners seems a little assanine if the divisions themselves are weak. That's like the MAC having a conference championship game... it still doesn't do anything for the strength of that conference or for the winner. 

I don't know how serious this proposal is or how reliable the report and "sources" are, but what are your thoughts if true, Bronco Nation?
