It makes me sad to realize that this is the last time we'll see this combination.

tomorrow is your big day....good luck, get lots of rest, and use pain meds in moderation, please.

I'm hoping that's possible.
healthcare bureaucracy & laziness on my surgeon’s office staff are sucking the life & patience out of me.

How come the 0 on the field is cut off?
Is the turf under repair or something?

If KM went for his doctorate, could he still play?
Rules are made to be broken. 5 years…where’s it written? bah. I don’t believe it.

Ooohhh, we're going to miss him!
But, you know, years ago I had an assistant who was pretty darn good. All my fellow employees and my customers said that I’d better be awfully good to her, because she MADE my department. Yeah, she did. But then she left, although my boss and I tried mightily to talk her out of it.
And what happened? I got another lady who was even better, believe it or not. That’s not to take anything away from the first one, mind you. Now, I’m not saying that anyone is BETTER than Kellen, ‘cause he’s totally in a class by himself. We may never find a QB who is even as good as him. I love the guy, oh, do I love him! But we’ll do okay, I think. Remember, there’s a quarterback, and then there’s 22 other guys, too (I include the kicker). Our coaching staff seems to find a way to develop TEAMS, and that’s the neat thing about a “band of brothers,” the same concept you find in military units. It’s special, but impossible to describe. You just know that someone always has your back.
We’ll be fine. Sunrise, sunset.
yeah, I know you're right.
bodaciousllama had it right, too. It is sort of sad saying goodbye to the combination of blue on blue, Moore in the pocket, and knowing our goofy kid from 5 years ago is now a married man.
I know we’ll be alright, and so will KM. When I retired from teaching I had lots of little adoring kids telling me I was the best teacher they’d ever had (2nd graders have a rich history). When I’ve gone back to volunteer or have lunch with old friends, the kids go whizzing by with huge smiles. They loved me then, and they love my memory now, but they sure don’t need me, and that is a very good thing.

Exactly
Not to take anything away from Kellen, he’s an incredible quarterback, but I remember days when people were asking “who’s going to replace Dinwiddie?” and then “who’s going to replace Zabransky?” Our coaching staff has always gone above and beyond to find quarterbacks that fit in with our team and perform well, and with the recruits I’ve seen and heard about coming in, I’m not all that concerned.
"Moore took a knee. It was an act of mercy. Boise State didn't need style points. It had proven itself the superior program long before." - Andy Staples, SI.com
How cool would it be to have a mobile QB?
Dual threat QBs are the rage in CFB.

Kellen is a duel threat.
laser passes and then a random punt every now and then.
