Wow...

Some dude who works at Ohio $tate did this - over the course of two years, and at an estimated cost of $75,000 if he bought all the pieces from LEGO.

So it got me thinking, since I'm bored and have no life outside of work and family...LEGO has a free "build it and if you want, order it" program for download, and I have a 5 year old who would LOVE to do something like this...what about Bronco Stadium?

Of course, I don't get any fancy under-the-table BCS money from MY employer to do this, so the scale and budget is significantly smaller.  This is the template photo...I didn't want to have to do this more than once, so I've "built in" the proposed upgrades.  The result so far at about 25% completion?  This.  Would I ever actually build it?  Probably not.  The price estimator tool puts it at about $340 right now.

I hear laughing.  Stop!  Stop laughing at me!!!!  *hangs head in shame*  Alright, laugh.
