The wolf pack ended with a 13 win season and that's a great accomplishment! But I laughed a little at the end on the game when Nevada's coach was saying how " we beat an AQ team from an AQ conference". Yes it's true the ACC is an AQ conference. BUT, they weren't playing what you would call an "elite" team from the ACC. However, they sent another AQ home with a loss and that's a GOOD thing!

Did anyone else but me notice that BC was playing real hard to win that game? I know you expect a team to play hard anyway but they seemed to have stepped it up a notch- especially on defense? That game really seemed to mean alot to BC? Maybe they were just glad to be in a bowl period?

BC's coach had a really interesting comment of his own in regards to the "little guy" beating the " big guy". It was presumed that Nevada was the little guy by virtue of the fact that the WAC is a non AQ. However, he stated " Nevada is a ranked team and we're not. Who's really the little guy here?" Sounds like respect for the wolfpack and the WAC as a whole to me?
