This Michigan State running game is looking pretty solid...quite good actually...

They determine the distance of the markers by marking the nearest solid 5-yard line from the 10 yard marker. They do this by estimating it about 1-2 yards away from an actual marking of the solid 5-yard line. So basically, it’s just a guess from when they first line of the chains.

they jumped up last year because they beat us in the Bowl game the year before…and we played only Oregon. This year we have VA Tech AND Oregon State (we beat them like we think we will and it’s a win for us)…plus we beat them in the Bowl game last year…while returning EVERYONE (minus the big guy).
