Jeron Johnson Injury Update
Jeron Johnson was seen walking with a leg/ankle brace today. When questioned about whether or not it was permanent and what happened he replied with, "I'm just tryin' to start a trend and see how many people start wearin' these." Awesome. For the sake of my sanity, and marriage, I truly hope that what he is trying to do fails miserably. Also, he did divulge that it would be coming off Friday. Coach Pete will usually put a brace on at the first sign of a twisted ankle just to be safe, so rest assured, Bronco Nation, I think Jeron is going to make it and be a go for Labor Day.

From your lips
to God’s ears Nate Peters. I absolutely MUST have the intensity that Jeron brings to the field. He’s fearsome. Plus he promised me a pick vs. VT.

How did you chose between a pick and something like....

He just gives so many options.

I want both!
Good to know JJ should be okay.

I'll take either.
I just sure do love a pick deep in their territory. Brings a smile to my face just thinking about it. JJ and I have a deal – I’m driving 5000 miles round trip with 5 kids (doing my part), a pick isn’t too much to ask. :)

Thanks
for the silent prayer prayer, Crissie. I know you uttered one, and trust me, I did too. When I saw it, my heart immediately dropped and I felt for a moment what it must be like to be a New Mexico State Aggie before a game at Bronco Stadium…..He’s going to make it though.

I'm Totally Buying Into His "Fashion Trend"
In fact I wore one to work today. The ladies love them.

YIPES!
So, for the sake of argument…would a Jeron injury be what sets fire to Ioane’s redshirt, or would Stanaway be the guy?
I bet it would be both
Stanaway gets the start but Ioane would be right on his heels.

in other news
I passed Root on the Greenbelt during lunch hour. He was on a skateboard. I wonder if he’s trying to start a trend of large-afro’d dudes skating.
So have we resorted to stalking the players now that they no longer tweet?
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany
Uh huh.
We’re all taking one for the team.

I was stalking players waaay before they stopped tweeting.

But we need a fierce hit from Jeron
So that a year from now VT’s fans can try to say it was a late hit and use it to discount the entire game, ala Autzen 08.
My apologies
Sorry to anyone who interpreted this fan post as stalking. I happened to see him and thought Bronco Nation may benefit from knowing the brace was coming off. I love the Broncos, but would never invade their privacy in such a way. Also, I unintentionally ran the fan post as a front page post rather than a simple fan post – also my bad – it was my first one!. Please accept my apologies, Bronco Nation.

The possibility of Johnson being hurt WAS deserving of front page news!
Obviously you're not a golfer...
Oh, don't apologize
The players can’t Twitter anymore so how will we get our inside information? Brian Murphy? Pfffft.
I’m glad we got some info on Jeron. I was walking into the Allen Noble HOF the other day with my family when I saw Tyrone Crawford. I wanted to ask him a few questions but I almost peed my pants. Maybe next time.

Ya, I saw him last week and wished him good luck for the season.
In person, a freak of nature…wouldn’t you agree?
Obviously you're not a golfer...
Definitely
Actually, he was walking with a few other people and I didn’t want to bug him.
And you’re right Ty, he really is a freak of nature. It’s like when Lebron James came out of high school and he already looked like a man, not an 18 year old kid. Same thing with Crawford.

Funny thing.
He just walked out of Cleavland and he sounds like a teenager.

I do what I can...
My assumption is that they don’t know too many 36 year old moms. Just sayin’. :)

why?
Why the apology? Who doesn’t appreciate your stalking here?
Yeah, well, you know, that's just like, uh, your opinion, man
