Suspended Boise State player agrees to plead guilty to misdemeanor battery for bar fight.
"Suspended Boise State senior safety Jason Robinson has agreed to spend 19 days in jail and begin making restitution to a man whose jaw was broken in a bar brawl in February."
Lets all give JRob some support. Hopefully we'll see him back on the field!

No actually I was kinda' wrong.
19 days-that don’t sound right. Reading this, and consistent with the initial article, the guy did not realize his jaw was broken until he went to hospital. It wasnt like his jaw was pulverized-I’ve seen that, and you dont need a Dr. to tell you, you literally (bw) in your pants. 19 days trash detail (bw); I agree with Loque, and add I think it was the result, not the conduct, that led to this. By that I mean-punching someone in the face is bad depending on the provocation. Most fo us would inflict a broken nose; Jason, a broken jaw. Conduct the same, punishment varies according to result. Prosecutor scared him with felony; if it stuck, goodbye. But jury could acquit;look at the guy who shot an unarmed man 5 times, 3 in the back; 5 jurors wanted to acquit and 2 werent sure.WTF!!! 5 (bw) times! Unarmed! i also think prosecutor could have been influenced by last summers case where guy hit his friend in the jaw and killed him.

This stinks.
It’s total BS.
From what I’ve heard, it seems that J Rob was the defender in this dispute. In his position (college athlete under the ever watchful eye of the NCAA), I’m betting the only thing he could do was plead guilty.

I'm withholding judgement
Coach Pete knows what happened, if he brings Jason back I’ll support it.
