Scoring system for Saturday's Spring game
"...one point for a three-and-out."
Something tells me the coaches made this low scoring because they expect the defense to have plenty of them.

Hmmm.
Interesting tidbit about Kellen Moore Heisman campaigning at the bottom.

I've been thinking more on this.
As a fan, I really enjoyed the Ian Johnson media train. He was pretty clear and concise in his interviews and said most of the right things. I thought we were really privileged to have IJ as th voice of the Bronco team — so much that even though his play on the field wasn’t as phenomenal and his draft status went down, I still thought his jersey may have been retired because of his status as a Bronco off the field, too.
But still … Coach Pete is the kind of guy that doesn’t like players talking to the public that much? Maybe I’m not seeing this the right way. OBNUGgers, help me out.

Perhaps an homage to karma gods?
In ‘05 Z was talking about Heisman and team was talking a lot about BCS. As OC and QB Coach(if he wasn’t formally he was informally) Coach P would have been more than aware of all that. So now we’re on the cusp of a similar situation. So it could be an “all for one, one for all” plus “Eyes on the Prize” type deal, let’s not lose FOCUS. Plus , Loque let’s face it-times are much tougher and going around hitting alum et al for more $ may be tougher to sell if Boise State is spending cabbage on this.

I'm really glad he clarified this for me!
The offense gets six points for a touchdown, three points for a field goal, two points for a two-point conversion and one point for a PAT.
I was desperately trying to figure out how many points the PAT would give you in this game.
