Why do news writers assume/pretend that Kellen Moore was a big time recruit? He was less recruited than half the guys on Boise State's current team! It must be hard to admit the flaws in current recruiting systems. If an athlete is successful, he MUST have been a 4 or 5 star athlete. Kellen was 2/3 star sleeper. The scouting star ratings were adjusted later on some sites. Only those who could see his intangibles (Peterson, Harsin, Wilcox, et al) knew his true value. Boise State wrestled this "Ballyhooed" recruit away from........Eastern Washington..... I bet the coaches at Eastern Washington were clenching their butt cheeks with excitement at their chances at landing Moore... Sad saps in the National Media will never catch on to the recipe for success of which BSU football is a product...
