I mean, they had a good gameplan. They played nicely close to Wisconsin and Cincy, even Boise a bit (ok, there were some flukes in that one). They had a traditional running game, which it seems they’re abandoning now they’ve lost Ryan Mathews.
I personally hate the spread offense and what it does to college football. It’s a substitution for having smart athletes. Catch and chuck.

i think it makes it more exciting my self and it sets itself apart from the nfl.
i rather see a spread offense then woody hayes 4 yards and a cloud of dust. those days are over and i that is why college football is second to the nfl in sports rankings. at least here in nevada.
