CNN Reports Justice Probe of BCS Heating Up
I wish I could paste-but it's over there under politics. Atty Gen references "important" issues. Remember, in antitrust law, substance, right/wrong is not the issue. We want lawsuit and then DISCOVERY to put pressure on BCS. Promising my children promising.

Call me crazy, but as much as I hate the BCS, I want BSU to win a championship WITH this bad words format first, then we can make it logical. It’s more fun to beat the system when it’s stacked against you.
orrin hatch probably had something to do with this.
i think the man has been in office for over 30 years. i hope this does get political. i hope they make jim delaney, mike slive, john swofford, dan beebe and larry scott (plus big east commish whose name i always forget) come before congress and answer questions.

Munson is unteachable; besides I have the family of OBNUG
Last para of Wall Street article makes the point succinctly; government has unlimited resourcesand the ability to keep the spotlight on the issues. But my point is that winning an antitrust suit is besides the point for the gov’t; they will make life holy hell for the BCS. Every tiime one of them uses a rest room by Tuesday they’ll be made to answer in discovery for it.
