So obviously, the bowl projections both show Boise State out of the NC game.... but an interesting development in the projection now showing Boise State vs Alabama in the Sugar bowl by AA. Consider by that time Alabama will have moved up to 4th, or even possibly 3rd in the BCS standings, this would produce a top 5 BCS bowl game as well. I think there is serious potential this year for a split NC champion with the winner of the sugar bowl garnering enough AP votes to get the AP title. I know it's not the BCS title, but we all know how legitimate the BCS is anyway.
