Will BCS Chaos Put Boise State Into the NT Game?
A scenario of having a non-auto qualifying football conference team playing in the Bowl Championship Series National Championship game may become a reality with a stellar performance from the Boise State Broncos.
Not only are Boise fans the ones imaging a national championship but also the fans of all the non-AQ conferences in their argument that there now is parity in their comparison to the so-called "elite teams" of the BCS as well as the multitudes of sport fans that just simply don’t like the BCS system and for years have been rooting for a play-off system in college football as there is in other sports. Many not of the Bronco Nation rooting on Boise State would just as likely be cheering for any another team poised to do what Boise State has positioned themselves to do – cause chaos in the BCS.

i really believe the country is now getting behind the boise state express.
i just want an outcry if you guys have a 26 game winning streak (by the end of the year)and are not in the bcs ncg.
I'm all about covering the spread and moneylines. Glory favors the bold. Chance favors the prepared mind. Luck, well i have that too. University of Utah goes to the Pac-12 conference in 2011. I expect them to compete immediately for the conference CG. Brock Lesnar will defeat Cain Velasquez. The most hated and misunderstood person on the MMA blogs.. Utah and Boise take care of business in week one. Don't be surprised if they both go undefeated.

LUUVVV Magic Bus!
When I was in So Cal in the 60s we’d go to the Shrine for concerts (met the Chambers Bros.) The Hog Farm hippies had this phosphorescent psychedelic bus they’d climb in and go. I am 80% sure that was the bus that inpsired Townsend; the Who was playing the Shrine the week after I left. The Shrine Exhibition Hall (next to auditorium) was use dbc the Shriners saw naked gals used in the lightshow tapes and kicked them out of the Auditorium. There was no backstage or dressing rooms so bands just waited to go onstage. That’s how I met the Chambers, watching Chuck Berry fifnish his set. others met the who the following week.

I'm not in love with the BCS
However I’ve been against a playoff …. until now…
Because this great Bronco team plays in the wac we of the Bronco nation are robbed of the great games we could be watching.
I would love nothing more than to watch Boise rip through a Big ten Sec or Pac 10 schedule..
The excitement week in week out .. the top performances put on the players of this great team would rival any seen by great teams of the past.
Add to that unlike every other team competing for a shot at the NC game we would be allowed a letdown week like Nebraska’s against Dakota or a close game loss, unlike bamas beat down by the game cocks..
Yes I’m for a playoff this year so I can take in all the possible pleasures this team is capable of providing!
I'm pro-playoff all the way...
But AI understand those who aren’t. I also like the NFL a lot so that explains my pro-playoff slant. Some hate the NFL and like College ball for it’s differences. Once thing I can say in favor of the current system is that it drives a LOT of debate amongst fans and talking heads. I mean there is just a plethora of argumentation out there and it’s rabid, and wild, and entertaining, and stressfull, and frustrating all at the same time. My biggest issue is the AQ element…that is 100% bogus and dirty politics. It has no place in football at any level whatsoever. So, whereas, I would love a playoff system b/c I relish the idea of seeing the top 16 teams face off in a one and done tournament at the end of the year, I would settle for simply some sort of change that didn’t leave the little guy out and didn’t revolve around money going to conferences.
