Rice, Montana, Army, Idaho and James Madison
It’s more likely that because they can’t recruit, they were selected for this tour.

Who?
Whats a Robb Akey? That sounds like something you take an aspirin for. Oh wait. somebody said he plays for Universidad de Idaho. Do they even have a team? I didn’t know they played American football in his country. Pardon me for a second. Someone is talking me…. yeah…uhuh.. OK.
I have to stand corrected. There actually is an American style football team at this school and it is actually the University of Idaho. They are located in someplace called Mescow… er Moscow I guess it is. In fact this Akey person is a coach of some sort. Hmmm. do you suppose they actually speak English there?
Pardon me a gain. I apologize. This is a bit embarrassing. One moment again please…
I have been told this Akey person is actually the head coach of their American style football program and they do speak English. What do you know about that.
Do you think the troops take Akey around to sweatshops around southeast Asia to show the workers, “Hey, yea you work in a sweatshop and make less than a dollar a day, but things could be worse. Look at Robb here, he has to live in a wasteland, his working conditions are similar to yours, he is recognized as the worst at his chosen profession, nobody takes him seriously and his team hasn’t won a meaningful game since he got hired. See things aren’t so bad!”
