More inside info on Austin's injury...
So I've been blessed with a case of Marty Tadmanitis this week, seemingly being in all the right places at all the right times for (information) interceptions.. Here's a little more info from a reliable source on Austin's injury... He's elected for surgery, and although the recovery time for the procedure is usually around three months he's been told that, with good physical therapy and some luck, plus his stellar attitude, he could and maybe should be good to go for the bowl game.. IF we snag that beautiful BCS game. Also I dare anyone to find another sentence with that many commas. Go Broncos and can we start a get wells soon flower fund for all our injured combatants?? Chocolates maybe? Shrunken Idaho Vandal heads? Well, maybe not the heads, I'm pretty sure that'd be like the opposite of a rabbit's foot.

90 days? How do you see him ready to go in 5 weeks?

Thats probably the recovery time
for the average person.
We know Pettis and the rest of the team are physically above average. Keep the faith

I thought Vandal heads
were already shrunk?
A fracture is not the worst thing. Definitely better than a broken bone or a torn ligament like Daron Mackey. Hopefully they all get better soon. I have strong faith Pettis will be well in time for a bowl game, especially with a surgery speeding up the healing process.
