There is not much more that can be said that hasn't already been covered in the Poll Watch thread or in Kevan's open letter. Bronco fans once again felt let down by a flawed system after the BCS rankings were released Sunday. With the Broncos sitting at No. 7, much ire and hate was thrown toward Iowa, TCU and USC from Boise State fans who feel a blowout win over Hawaii should not be rewarded with a spiral down the rankings. The worst is yet to come. The computers will only continue to devalue Boise State, and the human pollsters will eventually follow suit.
At least we have the BlogPoll to fall back on. The BlogPoll may be the most respectable of all the polls. Bloggers tend to watch far more football than coaches or media members, making them more informed. The process fosters accountability by encouraging that a draft poll to be posted and be subjected to the opinions of the community prior to the final poll's release each Wednesday.

Washington continues to lose after a fast start and USC will be haunted by that loss.
Cincinnati has looked good with a replacement QB, but their schedule is worse than BSU's, yet they get a free pass from pollsters since they are in the Big East.
I almost didn't rank BYU last week and they showed why with another home blowout loss. This week they are replaced by a similarly overrated Utah team.
I moved Houston back ahead of Oklahoma State which would have made them the big mover of the week if it weren't for Notre Dame. (ugh!)
I am not sure why, but the Irish move up four spots after eking out a win over Boston College.
