Nick Lomax to follow in Jon Kitna's footsteps at CWU

Former Boise State QB Nick Lomax will be taking his quarterbacking genes to Central Washington next fall, having made his transfer official on Monday with his commitment to the Wildcats.

Lomax left Boise State once Kellen Moore was named the starting quarterback and Lomax's shots of ever being the starter at BSU went from "probably never" to "absolutely never." Central Washington, meanwhile, gets quite the prospect in Lomax, whose father Neil has an NFL pedigree. Bronco fans always thought Nick would be special, even more so playing aginst the likes of Western Oregon on a regular basis. Can you say 5,000 yards passing in a season?
