Rival blog bet: Bleed Crimson, it is on!

This week's rival blog bet takes us deep into the heart of Aggie country, where Chase Holbrook is a legend, Hal Mumme is a genius, and NMSU is always capable of achieving bowl eligibility. At least, that's what we gather from reading NMSU blog Bleed Crimson.

The Aggies' finest online fansite is surprisingly cutting edge and deep. Who else pays so much attention to women's volleyball? We sure don't. Even more impressive is their apparent ties to the university, proving that bloggers and school administration can live peacefully together. We can only hope that their example will eventually lead to us getting press passes so that we can literally rub elbows with Tom Scott.

As per our usual agreement, we'll be wagering with Bleed Crimson on Saturday's game against NMSU. The winner will get a free post on the loser's site, and the loser will get to encourage his readers to leave nasty comments on said post. It's really a win-win. The terms of the bet are still being discussed, but we fully plan on guilting Bleed Crimson into wagering straight-up on the outcome. Guilting people is what we do best.
